So if I choose to change reality to suit my
personal preferences for harmony and peace (which I do, because strife and
fighting takes energy and I am lazy, and peace is conducive to laziness and
people who seek comfortable lives) it behooves me to make an impact on as
many people as I can to bring them around to my way of thinking. Which I do.

So you should have great sympathy for the religious zealots who come to your door seeking to teach and convert you. They are doing just as you are--trying to bring as many people as they can around to their way of thinking.
