Dr. Sapse lawsuits are on hold as he is out of money, since his stocks have been frozen. His stocks have been frozen pending the current investigation into his selling of ANTICORT to STGI when he didn't own it.

AAF lawsuits are gone.

All that is really left is the lawsuit against some of the posters on Raging Bull.

Now that they have some of the monkeys off of their backs, let's see what they can do. Shareholders meeting next week in DC.
