I wonder if the state of California will give the company a tax break for building their own infrastructure? (ROFL)

More likely they will tax them extra for all the noise and pollution this new business brings the state.

Businesses are going to start telling California to f' off pretty soon, if they aren't already.

EDIT: Sue Herrera is interviewing the Secretary of the Interior, and suggesting Bush is (at least partly) responsible for the California problems. What a sad display of ignorance.
