I don't own the stock having sold in the mid-50's, but to talk of criminal conduct here is overreacting IMO. Last year all we heard about in the summer was parts shortages. It was the excuse du jour for missing the quarter. I find it hard to blame CSCO for ramping up its inventories to counter this problem and then being caught up in a monumentally fast slowdown. I am not even sure this counts as bad management.

This is what CSCO says happened and to the best of my knowledge it is accurate. If you think something criminal has happened with regard to inventories, let's hear your ideas.
