Thanks, Probart! What's your instincts as to how much of these 'bad news'' are factored into today's prices? Pe is very reasonable, growth rate is good, and they have real earnings & good partnerships. Seems to me the 90% decline in stock price properly reflects the uncertainty of these lawsuits. Its also not like such suits are not common these days. Seems the norm is to sue based on declining prices. Are you long? Short? Or just an interested bystander? Thanks again. Steve D.
