That just makes more guilty parties ... more people to throw in jail when they do catch them. There is no such thing as an "unknown third party". They're only unknown until they are found out. Is there enough space in the jails to hold all these people ... maybe we should buy shares in a private prison ... there's a growth business ... hmmmmmmmmmmm. Lola:)
