I've never followed Willy at SI. I have seen him at Raging Bull posting on a thread I have posted on. Spammers haven't been hyping companies like they have done in the past as much lately. The SEC has made rules that limit what they can say and what they can mail out. Most of them are trying to do whatever they can get by with without any outright breaking of these rules. The SEC still busts a bunch of them occasionally.
