I don't think I have judged anyone. I gave him a chance to show people the kinds of companies he has profiled in the past and obviously he doesn't want to do this. I wonder why?

I will admit the way I approach people who are in his kind of business is to figure they are in bed with crooks. I give them a chance to prove they are on the up and up and if the companies they have dealt with have done well. If they decide not to be open about who they have dealt with then I stick with my original opinion.

You can't trust every person you come across on the internet but you can give them a chance to earn your trust. Asking him what the companies he profiled in the past was a way of giving him a chance to do this.

As far as Mr Willy goes, I would have to see a copy of the spam he sent out on companies months ago and compare how things have went since then with what was in his spam before I would believe he is anything but a paid tout.

You will see profilers saying they are not touts and all they do is send out information provided by the company. This is true to some extent and relates to what I was saying about the SEC's newer rules governing what they can get away with. A few years ago you never saw any of them admitting they were paid for their profiles. After the SEC cam down on a lot of them you now see most all of them with long disclaimers which include the amount they are being paid. I doubt any of them would be doing this if the SEC didn't require it.
