Haim, I think 2.5 Billion is for component write off (includes the products that are being axed) while 1.2 billion is for layoffs etc. Yes 3.7 billion is a lot of money but maybe not Cisco's mgmt. I think they screwed up BIG time. Now they call it leadership!!! MHA
