Until fundimental outlook improves going forward then I believe Market goes sideways. I dont think NAZ will see new lows unless things get worse. I would rather wait to visibility change to go long and be a day late then try to catch bottoms. I am beginning to believe that this is strictly a NAZ bear market, and that once corection is over Value and other areas of the market will provide good returns. I think INTC cc tonight is very important. if it confirms DELL"S better prospects then the worst could be over.
