Joe, You are right. Phipps is the best thing that could have happened to CVIA.

CVIA previously has been somewhat lacking in sales. And sales is exactly what Phipps is bringing to the table. He appears to be a go getter. Of course, he should be extremely motivated. He sold his company mainly just for CVIA stock. In order for him to benefit from the merger CVIA must prosper.

It sounds like the merger will work well for both Phipps and CVIA.
It allows Phipps to offer more to his clients, which helps to bring in more sales for CVIA.
