Did they say that David Tice et al. are only up 7% this year?

Sheeeeesh. How could they have done that poorly, when th market winds have been at their backs?

Is that true? Prudent Bear is only up 7% on the year?

Paraphrased...... "we were wrong, but because Greenspan was saying 'irrational exuberance', it doesn't count".
