As far as words go, it contains what they "mean". Because words (at least imo) have no existence outside of what humans "believe". Most people "believe" that the meaning of a word is the meaning in the dictionary. They might think it meant something else, but when confronted with the dictionary most people choose to agree that the dictionary meaning is to be accepted. I am equating what words "mean" with word truth. If you don't, that is, of course your choice. But it makes communication on many levels problematic.
