I think the onus is on the bulls today to pull this rally out (and keep it up) before 3:00 PM or so (maybe earlier)....as afternoon drags on, Intel news becomes front and center (and Csco, and this morning's reaction fades from memory)....I'd think, if one wants to buy Intel....you wait until tomorrow (and hope to get a gap down)......instead of hoping for a gap up from Intel (and runaway) in the morn...

Given the possiblity of a cap-ex cut from Intel, margins getting hit (P4), and the fact that no one knows if Intel sees a turnaround....stock don't go up into the close...

Would seem illogical to me.....so, hence, my idea of urgency for bulls here (to get this thing going)
