Phone Conversation with PFCK Investment Relations Just got of the phone with Jim Stock, the IR for PFCK. He said the company just notified him that the 10k would be electronically filed today. Probably after the bell, but maybe this afternoon. He also said the Genesis Aviation acquisition is still in good shape, better than before. The company has been focused on filing the 10k, but still doing finishing touches on the acquisition. They plan to close the deal shortly after filing the 10k, within the next 2 weeks.
