Eric,

IMO the shorts are now feeling the squeeze. Granted, this news was really bad, but it's out. Many of the shorts were wilding when the stock was 15, 14, 13...now they have to worry, because the lights are on, I think the recovery will start at the end of this year, when we get more rate cuts we will have more fuel. The bad news is behind this market. Now we will start getting some encouraging news.
