It takes guts to step up to the plate when things look very bad. Eric Your thoughts reminded me of words spoken years ago by one Theodore Roosevelt. I find they still have meaning today. "It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbled, or where the doer of deeds could have done better.
