Why do you say that? Think the tech dogs are going down from here? Shorting today? I'm trying to get everything cheaper today and so I hope shorts give us once more chance at bottom buys. But maybe there's not enough negativity left anymore, which then begs the question, why be shorting if negativity is waning? Also, I'd be buying some of these warnings sell-offs. IMHO they're already priced in before they happen. UIS for example. At 11 a bargain though not my favorite company in the world. Still UIS was at 17 a few weeks ago and will be back there soon enough.
