No, of course it does not offend me, I listen, I read and take what are valid points. For one, I do not think that you made any comments that warranted "banning". You expressed your opinion and so long is done in a civil way... big deal, regardless if the opinion is wrong (or different). It is very important to listen to dissenting opinions since new things could be learned. If not, well, then just dismiss it and that's the end.
In any event, I do not run the thread, so it is not my deal. I read, there are posters that know their stuff and so I learn... am I going to get into a tizzy because, at times I may have different opinions ? I doubt it, I rather read or watch the charts and let them have the last word, that won't hurt me, and I try not to waste my time.
At times, both sides (shorts and longs), make the same mistake and get into positions that they think are infallible... I have learned with the markets this equates with having too large an ego... as far as the markets go, one should have no ego. It will bit you sooner or later.
