Dean:

A relative of mine bought a modest chunk of Zappa today. The Idea of arbitrarily getting bought out disappoints me because I'm willing to see this thing played out to production. What would happen? Would Zappa shareholders simply be issued a check for, say that $1.25 per share and that's it? Would it pay to accept Cambior stock instead of a buyout if one believes the properties have potential?

Also, I believe this December is going to be a massive sell-off time for penny mining stocks that have declined during the year. Despite Ecuadorian Minerals possible potent holdings, wouldn't it likely lag till after the tax write-off selling before rebounding on obvious value next Winter/Spring? I suppose anything could happen. Thanks for the news you posted, by-the-way.
