I also hear rumor that after this round of layoff and company restructuring, CSCO will use its billions dollars cash-on-hand to buy back shares and restructuring all employees option plans across the board to boost moral.

I am looking at a good price to go long CSCO, hopefully around $12. No hurry, as time is on my side.
