As much as I may deplore such actions, I can understand them. Radical Fundamentalist Muslims have a history of genocide even worse than the Catholic Church. Preemptive strikes are understandable.

Ironically, at its core, the Muslim faith is much more tolerant than most. It is a shame that the radicals can grab ahold of splinter groups of a faith and give the entire faith a bad name.
