I am thinking of diving into some QQQs at the end of the day.

Got any real short term opinions on CSCO? I am looking at what appears to be a little bit of a rising wedge on declining volume on CSCO....Thinking maybe about selling a bit of my CSCO and just moving directly over to QQQ.
