If I read that news correctly, this glaucoma treatment which they have patented goes with the part of COHR being sold to (or merged) with ESCM. Since the terms of that deal are already fixed, it's unlikely that COHR would respond to the news. I still don't understand the rationale for this sale, so I've been on the sidelines as far as COHR is concerned.
