Hi Alan, I just gave $1.25 as a relative figure. Obviously Cambior would like to have Zappa for as cheap as possible. Zappa shouldn't have to issue any more shares, untill it comes time to build the mine. Zappa has already spent their 2 Million on exploration on the PapaGrande/Mollopongo, now Cambior has to bring us a bankable feasibility within two years. You could be right about EMC's share price, but if Cambior buys part of the Gaby deposit who knows what could happen! At least Zappa is still getting money for exploration, cause lots of other companies are dead in the water right now with no cash flow for exploration. Dean Poets
