Yes the bear market is over. I told you last week and I'm telling you again. These last two days was the best bears could give. My portfolio hasn't changed in value since Friday though I did buy a few more techs and even went on margin to do it. If this rally is anything like last week look at the badly beaten down ones as well as the leaders.They could end up out-performing once more and more investors realize it is safe to go back into the water.
No more Sharcks left. (sorry Sharck) PS - And IBM ought to do just fine. The strongest and most solid in the sector.
