The charts look to me like the bottom is past us. I tend to make investment decisions on fundamentals, though I look at charts when deciding entry and exit points.

Doubled up today at $9.5. With management guidance of $1.00 earnings this year, and $2.00 next, I see the stock as fundamentally cheap. Current year P/E of 9.5, forward P/E of 4.8, with a year-to-year growth rate of 100%.
