Mike, WOW... Bush cares so much about the environment he doesn't want to risk oil tankers crossing our waters and potentially spilling their cargo. Much safer to build a pipeline and ship oil from Alaska. Just one more example of a cunning rejoinder of creative knowledge from President Bush.
