Randy, an old Jewish say claims that a word spoken cannot be reswallowed. In the case of Bilow's unfortunate post, it was copied to other boards, verbatim (someone showed a Yahoo post), and these are not under the control of SI. The damage is done. That fine line in the sand i mentioned to Carl last night, was crossed.

I am sure, however, that a public apology should be sufficient to extricate him from any personal liability (unless of course, the post was preceded by actions in the market designed to benefit from the stock's decline, by him or his "supervisors", but I do not think there is any credible evidence to that allegation, or for that matter, that Carl has any such "supervisors").
