The market will factor it in 4 to 6 months in advance. Robert you do not know how many times we have heard this nonsense. If the market factored in 4-6 months why the hell were BRCD EMLX CSCO EMC JNPR etc etc etc were where they were in mid to late Jan? In other words this is pure garbage. What the market does do, however is factor in EXPECTATIONS of 4-6 months. A far far different thing. Right now the market says (in spite of all the CEOs saying no way), that there will be a strong second half recovery. WILL THERE? Personally I doubt it. My doubts do not count, however, as that is the expecation. Is that the reality to be? We will see. That is the problem with your erroneous statement. M
