Jim, the company has about 220 million in asset, and about 180 million in cash and equivalents. That means a $3 drop in share price will equate to an additional 25% reduction in market capitalization, at $220 million gross market capitalization ($10 a share). You could buy the company $110 million, and have $180 million in cash and equivalents for you effort. You'd have a liability of $110 million owed to outstanding share holders. If this happens, bet the farm. Since the company had a record booking month in May for sales, the quarter should be another growth record....BUY IT......
