Here it is Carolyn.

Cream of Coconut Cake

1 white cake mix
2 cups cream of coconut (1 can)
1 8oz pkg coconut
1 can eagle brand canned milk
1 8oz pkg cool whip ( I use extra creamy)

Bake cake as directed in a 9x13 inch pan
Leave in the pan. Poke holes over entire cake with the handle of a wooden spoon (about every inch)
Mix milk with 1 cup cream of coconut and pour over hot cake. When completely cool frost with cool whip that has been mixed with the remaining cream of coconut and half of a pkg of coconut. Sprinkle remaining coconut over top. Eat.
