Makes sense to me and I also beleive you are on target with the choas associated with the merger. We may also agree on the CMP issue. ONTK is not "too little, too late". That type of mentality by AMAT and SFAM will allow IPEC and ONTK to play in the market. When you are that bold, you wind up either screwing up or alienating customers with a "better than thou attitude". I like LRCX and will be patient for the future but agree with you relative to the CMP comments.
