I just had the worst customer service experience of my life speaking to a OPAY representative. I used their website to pay my tax and because of a website error(site said to me transaction failed so i tried it again) I was double charged. The rep directly blamed ME for the error and insisted there was nothing they could do to resolve it. She claimed that they had nothing to do with it and that they could not correct the charge because they were not a credit card company!? It must have been my fault because I was the only "person" involved with the transaction, she insisted. They even have record of billing me twice! Will not do business with this company again, especially not their stock! I will have to contest the charge with my credit card company.
