"Amazing how that one item, Intel's Capex budget for this year, seems to hold up the entire semi equip sector". Equally amazing that a single remark from Intel's CFO that things "may" stabilize in the 2nd Q can cause instant melt up of every stock exchange in the world. Especially given Intel's past history of maximal positive spin on every aspect of their business.
