Cool. When you said "offroad", I figured you were talking about "rails to trails" definitely not the "technical" stuff. I read your other comments about bents requiring a different set of muscles. I have ridden a stationary recumbent on occasion and can vouch for that statement. he balancing issue would seem to be quite a change. How do they corner? Also I would think riding n traffic could be a major issue. The low profile would create more "blind spot" for drivers. Hope your nephew takes up the sport. My nieces and nephews think riding is cool. It their parents who are the problem. Hammer
