Hi, Jerome. May I re-state your point in slightly different way. The reason the bearish argument is too logical (with emphasis on the "too"), is that it applies rigorous logic to an incomplete model. Obviously, if the bear model was correct at this time for the semi companies, their stocks should be dropping. Since they are rising, the bearish argument MUST BE omitting something. I don't care to go into what the missing ingredient is. It might be sentiment. It might be that trends do not continue forever. It might be that tax cuts will occur soon. Maybe expectation of lower energy costs. Whatever. It is very clear that there is another factor at work, besides book-to-bill number.

Regards,
Sarmad
