Hi Paul!!! Its your conscience. My only comment about the press release is that Dr. Ip is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Biogenetic Sciences, Inc., a biotechnology company, since Feb., 1997. Dr. Ip previously held the position of vice president, corporate & business development for Paracelsian in 1996 and has extensive knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbs. Dr. Ip has been elected a Class I director whose term will expire at the 1999 annual meeting. Who here knew that IP had left Paracelsian? I had heard he was like number 2 at Paracelsian behind babish. I can't believe they decived us on this point also. Going back in time... In February, babish was selling, the stock was dropping, and IP left. I am starting to wonder if EVERYONE but us knew things were in the toilet. Rick
