BW, if I were a brokerage, sucking wind would translate to strong buy....as always, it is much better to have things in your portfolio before they make a nice upmove. Easier on the nerves.
I mentioned on the 13 thread yesterday that I was short a few things early yesterday, like the QQQ, then I felt we might see a reverse, took my short gains, bought some April 40 qqq calls, QQQDN, and the darn things are up like 90%...
I got lucky on those, there is just about zero time value left on them, but this is how the game is played going into options expiration, which may help explain why bad news is now being taken by the market as good news. I mean CSCO should not be up today, it looks ripe to short.
