This post is for investors who aren't members. Free trades, and how to get them;

Read this e-mail to find out how trades you route to AZX are
commission-free and earn you TWO MORE COMMISSION-FREE TRADES
good for any routing destination on myTrack.

Dear myTrack member,

As you may recall, we announced a few months ago that we
added the Arizona Stock Exchange (AZX) as a new routing source
for your trades. AZX's multi-party auctions have become
popular with institutions, but now AZX is interested in
attracting individual investors as well. AZX believes that
if individuals take the time to learn about its unique online
auctions, they will discover a valuable new routing source.

AZX OFFERS YOU FREE TRADES
AZX has decided that the best way to entice you to learn
about them is to offer you some free trades. Who are we to
argue?

APRIL AND MAY ARE FREE TRADE MONTHS
For the rest of April and the entire month of May, myTrack
customers may trade any Nasdaq NMS, NYSE, or AMEX stock
commission-free on AZX's Market Opening Auction. Each trade
executed on AZX will get you two more commission-free trades
on myTrack. These two free trades can be routed to any
destination.

WHAT DOES AZX DO AND WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The Arizona Stock Exchange (AZX) is America's first on-line
stock auction for trading NYSE, Nasdaq, and AMEX stocks.
The purpose of the AZX auction is to gather many buy and sell
orders together at a single point in time to create a large,
multi-party trade at a single price without a spread. This
is an ideal market opening process:

- AZX's New 9:30 AM Market Opening Auction
TRADE ON THE OPEN! Market orders sent to AZX will get
priced at the midpoint of the opening quote in the regular
markets. (Note that such market orders are not guaranteed
to fill.)
- One Trade, One Price
The AZX auction results in one price for all filled buyers
and sellers. It's a fair and competitive process. You
"go along" with a consensus price in a large multi-party
trade.
- Price Improvement
If the auction price is better than your limit order, you
get price improvement. That price improvement can be much
larger than is usual in continuous trading.
- Transparency
Everyone can view buying and selling interest in an open
book.
- Exciting and Informative
View the live auction along with many people - potentially
thousands - watching and entering orders in the same auction.
See the auction price develop and gain valuable information
to shape your trading decisions.

You can learn more about AZX and view AZX auctions by visiting
their web site at azx.com ,
specifically the "Why Use AZX?" section
( azx.com )

HOW TO PLACE ORDERS IN AZX AUCTIONS
With myTrack running, just click on myTrade, then click on
Settings, and select Routing. When you see the routing screen,
click on Nasdaq and select AZX.
You can start sending in orders
as early as 9:00AM for the 9:30 AM auction. Please see the AZX
web site's "Trading FAQs" section
( azx.com ) for more details.

A NOTE ON "COMMISSION-FREE" TRADES
To clarify, the free trades on AZX and two additional free trades
are only commission-free. You are still responsible for any
additional fees (such as ECN fees on your two free non-AZX
trades) and, of course, the principal amount of any purchases.
Also, please be aware that your two commission-free trades will
be added to your account the day after your AZX trade is executed.

If you have any questions about this offer, please feel free to
call us at 1-800-myTrack. If you have questions about AZX, we'd
suggest you check their web site
( azx.com ) for answers. Thank you.
