So you changed the subject instead of answering the question. By that evasion, I believe you have revealed both your monstrous answer and the need you feel to obfuscate it.

If I am wrong, you will answer the question as asked, not discuss what "normally" happens, or "rarely" happens.

Please answer the question so everyone here knows what are, at the very root, the priorities and values of those who share your definitions.
