So tell me, are we in an up-trend yet? +15% in response to two whiffs of possibly not terrible news: Intel's CC and the fed cut rates (no surprise on the latter to me at least). What was interesting to me is not the jump caused by short-covering today, but the run-up before the fed announcement. Bottom past IMO.
