Shows that CSCO is fairly valued i think it only shows that cisco is valued on par with its sector; i don't think it says anything about "fair value" one way or t'other. i don't find those ratios useful because, e.g., cash flow includes all kinds of windfalls related to options and financing that i do not consider operating cash flow; meanwhile, income excludes the cash value of option grants from operating expenses. as i said, i need a steeper discount; whether one is forthcoming is for the market to decide.
