I caught some of the comments Mr. Allen made at that meeting on CNBC.
The reporter for CNBC asked Mr. Allen to comment on certain issues regarding possible anti-competitive charges that have arisen as a result of the rumors of a merger with another telco.

All I can is that it didn't make much sense to me. He, apparently could not reveal too much about the matter at this time. Which makes me wonder, why in the hell did he hold the meeting in the first place?

If you were watching the ticker tape on CNBC before his comments, T's price was trading at 36 1/2 - 5/8. As soon as Mr. Allen made his comments the price went back to 36 unchanged. It never fails. When Mr. CEO Allen speaks, people sell. Can't blame them, I would to.

I'm holding on to my current shares of T, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy any until Mr. Allen and Mr. Walter are replaced by someone who has proved their ability to lead.
