To all: I just got off the phone with a really tired Peter Tambanis. He has informed me that they are working 24 hours a day on the property. He has just returned home today and has not seen his wife in two weeks. They appear to have had some technical problems with drilling - they couldn't cut through the water (??if anyone could clarify what he means, it would be appreciated) - Mr. Tambanis was saying it was like a desert. They are using diamond drillers and are drilling approximately 40-50 metres per day now. The deepest hole is 98.7 metres. Mr. Tambanis stated that the problems have all now been solved, but it is good that they did so since it is vital that the drill the proper way. They are currently drilling the 3rd hole and expect to send the samples to the labratory within a week. Therefore, we probably won't be getting results until 10-12 days after it has been sent to the labratory for analysis. I would expect that the date for drilling results will be late June. He also stated that he would go into the deeper holes for more drilling approximately 10 days from now. As far as trenching results are concerned, the samples have been sent to the labratory and expect a news release within the next 48 hours. Hope this suffices. Obie.
