Consolidating..

Watch boundaries for next breaks.

12:40 PM EST - Indexes are now consolidating, and will likely break one of the lines which have formed. Watch the boundaries, as follows:

Dow - 10,600 down and 10,675 up (tight stop)

NAS - 2,100 down and 1,105 up (" ")

OEX - 638 down and 645 up (" ")

Clearly, this rally is unprecedented in recent history. What we want to do is assess the day carefully, to look for pockets of resistance and likely follow-through direction indications, which is what we will be doing in our postings for the remainder of the session.
