Let's see--last real vacation was in the early '80s, I think so this is overdue. Mind you, lots of business travel all over the globe before I bowed out of the rat race--but that doesn't count, does it?<gg> BTW, other than BSE and Hoof and Mouth, neither of which is running rampant on 'the continent' yet, what's stopping you? Stops in Alsace (any town), Munich, Zurich--I'll just leave word with the local constabularies to be on the lookout for a wealthy, trim female cyclist calling herself Gunmetal Girl (that'll go over big ;-)) and a saintly-looking gent named Olson toting a golfbag, a copy of The Wall Street Journal and a notebook computer! The local press should have a field day!
No luck finding the RLI (Reserve Life Index) for NCF but then I confess that I didn't search their site too thoroughly. There was mention of some of the latest producing properties acquired having RLI of ~14 years but nothing for the all of the properties held by the trust. They did, however, show a 476% replacement in 2000 of the 1999 production which is excellent. If you don't already have it, here's the URL:
