I totally agree...maybe I didn't express myself clearly but that is what I meant by jousting at imaginary inflation windmills! One positive thing in all this is the maxim "Don't fight the FED". He was on the bears' side last year but he is now firmly on the bulls' side...let's just hope his actions are as effective on the upside as they were on the downside. I still don't think history will regard him as a God for his actions the past 18 months...he fought the last war (inflation) and brought us to the brink (only I hope!) of a deflationary recession.
