Sigh......... This porcupine is driving me crazy! I guess we all share some level of frustration with AXC right about now. Anyway, I'd like to work on further analysis of the facts at hand. Could someone tell us what the rules are for insider purchases/sales with regard to news, sec filings etc? Hugh, you mentioned that there was a prohibition against insider sales for 30 days prior to an anouncement. What other considerations may there be to explain the timing of these sales? If anybody knows where I could find pertinent regulations, please post. Keepering the faith, Sean
