One more thought about Reg S....

It is important to verify whether or not these notes are convertible. If so, they usually are at a discount to the stock price at the time of conversion. Given that the Reg S offering was termed "senior notes", I am inclined to believe that the notes are not convertible, which is better for the shareholders. I'll try to check on any SEC filings in the next couple of days regarding the details of the Reg S offering.

I'm still at wonders about why the company chose to do an offshore offering.....This raises questions in my mind which I feel may be answered with further evaluation of the company's management.

Reg S shares are offered usually when cash is needed very quickly. Perhaps before I look further into the company's financials, someone could enlighten me on whether or not this enterprise is burning cash at an unsustainable rate....

Bullish on Globalstar long-term, concerns in the near-term.

Regards,

Rick
